Tuniu Announces Management Change

NANJING, China, April 9, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Tuniu Corporation (NASDAQ: TOUR) ("Tuniu" or the "Company"), a leading online leisure travel company in China, today announced that Ms. Maria Yi Xin has tendered her resignation as the Company's Chief Financial Officer due to personal reasons, effective as of May 31, 2020 (the "Effective Date"). Ms. Xin will continue to work closely with the Company to facilitate a smooth transition before the Effective Date. The Company has initiated a search for a new Chief Financial Officer.
