("Ctrip"), a leading travel service provider of accommodation reservation, transportation ticketing, packaged tours and corporate travel management in China, to expand their collaboration on shared travel resources.

In May 2014, Ctrip acquired $15 million of Tuniu Class A ordinary shares concurrent with Tuniu's initial public offering ("IPO") and currently owns over 3% of Tuniu's outstanding shares.
